Led by vocalist James "Buddy" Nielsen, the sole constant through the band's long and eventful career, New Jersey outfit Senses Fail developed a slick amalgam of post-hardcore chuggery and emo heartbreak that recalled fellow New Jersey-based group Saves the Day.
