Timbaland & Magoo

Timbaland & Magoo are a hip-hop duo from Norfolk, Virginia that stormed onto the scene in the fall of 1997 with their debut single, "Up Jumps da' Boogie," and album, Welcome to Our World. The pair met when they were teenagers in the early '90s. Over the next few years, they worked together intermittently as they concentrated on breaking into the music business. By the mid-'90s, Timbaland had established himself as a promising producer and in 1996 he began having hits.
