Here's What Ray J Thinks Of Kanye West's Recent Behavior

Here's a shocker — Ray J is a Kanye West apologist. (Yes, you read that right)

Kim Kardashian's ex-boyfriend (and sex tape co-star) Ray J is a supporter of Mr. West and his recent behavior, specifically, when it involves Donald Trump. While on BBC Radio 1Xtra, the Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star revealed that he not only supports Ye's relationship with Trump but believes it can lead to the betterment of African Americans' lives.

When Ray was asked if he felt like something "deeper" is going with Kanye, given his recent bizarre behavior, he responded: "I think he has a lot of great relationships that can help the African America community... He's in the room now. We always wanted to be in the room. So if you're talking to the President personally that's a big move, that's a big step. So, I respect that."

Ray continued his applauding of Kanye's pro-Trump behavior, saying, "Making change is the most important thing. So if change is made through those relationships then it's thumbs all the way up. The opportunity is big." While the reality star acknowledged that "a lot of people have a lot of negative things to say about how [Kanye's] approaching [African American betterment]," referencing Kanye's highly criticized White House meeting with Trump, he believes "if you really look at the bigger picture it's something that we always wanted." Ray added: "So I think a lot of positive things can happen. We just got to give him a chance [to] try to figure it out."

Most recently, Kanye was named as the designer of t-shirts for the Blexit campaign, which encourages black voters to leave the Democratic party. "Blexit is a renaissance, and I am blessed to say that this logo, these colors, were created by my dear friend and fellow superhero Kanye West," Turning Point USA communications director Candace Owens told Page Six.
