Salt Bae Brings His Signature Sprinkle And Steaks To Dallas

Salt Bae is now sprinkling salt and slicing steaks at his new Dallas restaurant.

Turkish restaurateur Nusret Gökçe finally opened his Nusr-Et Steakhouse in Uptown on March 4. Of course, the grand opening was documented on Instagram.

Videos and photos taken by diners show Salt Bae carving up meats covered in gold leaf before doing his famous salt sprinkle and posing from selfies. A few famous famous also showed up at the steakhouse, including rapper Yella Beezy and Bravo star Courtney Kerr, according to Eater.

Salt Bae was slammed by some social media users for not wearing a mask while table hopping in a crowded restaurant.

The Dallas restaurant has been in the works since 2017 and its opening as been delayed numerous times. Now, Salt Bae is being sued by a Dallas contractor who's accusing him of not paying his construction bills.

If you want to get of Salt Bae's famous steaks, you can make a reservation at the steakhouse's website. A dinner can set you back a few hundred dollars though. Nusr-Et's website doesn't list prices, but according to the Observer in New York, steaks range from $70 to $240. Sides are $15 each.
