The Doobie Brothers Announce New Album 'Liberte' & Drop New 4-Track EP

The Doobie Brothers are back and are giving fans a ton of new music as the guys have announced their upcoming new album, Liberté, AND dropped a new four-track EP to celebrate.

The Doobie Brothers EP showcases four new songs, "Oh Mexico," "Cannonball," "Don't Ya Mess With Me" and "Better Days." Fans who previously purchased a ticket album bundle and redeemed a copy of The Doobie Brothers EP between December 2019 and November 2020, will receive their physical CD beginning September 1, 2021.

Liberté, set to be released on October 1st, is The Doobie Brothers' 15th full-length album and follows 2014's Southbound. The new record is produced and co-written by John Shanks and includes twelve new songs by Tom Johnston, Pat Simmons and John McFee. See the full track listing below.

Liberté and The Doobie Brothers EP precede the band's 49-city 50th anniversary tour, celebrating 50 years since the band was founded, with Tom Johnston, Michael McDonald, Pat Simmons and John McFee back on the road together for the first time in nearly 25 years.

The Doobie Brothers' 50th anniversary tour kicks off in Des Moines on August 22nd, and takes the band across North America stopping in cities including Milwaukee, St. Paul, Toledo, Cincinnati, Grand Rapids, Kansas City, Denver, Salt Lake City, Spokane, Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix, New Orleans, Nashville, Tampa, Virginia Beach and more before wrapping up in London, ON on June 30, 2022.
