Bhad Bhabie said she was cleared to use a sample of Ye's hit "Carnival" for her latest song "Ms. Whitman" thanks to an interaction with his wife Bianca Censori.

During a livestream DDG hosted on Tuesday night, March 4, the 21-year-old explained how she was able to get Ye's permission to use the Grammy-nominated instrumental in her diss track aimed at Alabama Barker.

“I reached out to Bianca, and I sent it to her, and she was like, ‘That’s fire,'" Bhad Bhabie said. "She was like, ‘Let me talk to him,’ and then she was like, ‘Give me 24 hours.’”

The Florida native, born Danielle Bregoli, said Censori responded 10 minutes later with Ye's approval. The song dropped last month and sent shockwaves through the Internet. Although he cleared the sample, Ye made it clear he didn't want any involvement with Bhad Bhabie's beef with Travis Barker's daughter. He also spoke out against the alleged verse that appeared on the remix. Bhabie confirmed someone on her team created Ye's verse using AI.

“Someone on my team went live on my Instagram in the middle of the night and played the AI verse, so everybody thought it came from me,” she said. “But first of all, I’ve never even done a live like this where you can’t see my face. So why would I choose to do it now? People started coming at me because Kanye said, ‘Oh, that’s an AI verse,’ and I was like, ‘Yeah, I know it’s an AI verse, but I’m not the one that leaked it.' Someone did it thinking, like, ‘Oh, it will hype the song up.’”
