Ashley Campbell, the youngest daughter of country music icon Glen Campbell, initially pursued an acting career before taking up the banjo in 2008. Already an experienced pianist and guitarist, her banjo skills developed quickly and by 2009, she had joined her father on a tour of Australia and New Zealand. When her father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease later that year, she joined Glen's band on his extended farewell tour that would last until 2012.
