Bjarki

Bjarki is an Icelandic techno producer whose tracks range from straightforward bangers to more introspective ambient techno cuts, with plenty of excursions into old-school breakbeat-heavy rave and IDM sounds. Born Bjarki Runar Sigurdarson in Reykjavik in 1990, he first surfaced under the name Kid Mistik near the end of the 2000s. Russian house DJ/producer Nina Kraviz became a fan of Bjarki's tracks, and began releasing them on her Trip label in 2014.
