The six youths of Brazeros Musical de Durango met while studying in music school. Grupo Montéz de Durango were wildly popular among the young musicians and their peers at the time, and it occurred to them that they might be able to form such a group. Several friends got together with their instruments to improvise and jam together using computer-generated sounds to fill in the gaps.
