Chris Shiflett

Although he is most widely known as the guitarist for alt-rock heroes Foo Fighters, Chris Shiflett has played a prominent role in various Southern California punk and indie acts while also releasing music under his own name. Early on, Shiflett earned a reputation as a reliable sideman, playing in bands like No Use for a Name and Me First & the Gimme Gimmes before joining Foo Fighters at the end of the '90s.
