The seeds of New York's dayinthelife? were planted in the now-defunct N.Y. hardcore band Mind Over Matter. The band released two independent albums (and toured both the U.S. and Europe), and it was in that group that singer George Reynolds and singer/guitarist Josh DeMarco first collaborated.
