Biography
Comprising Jeff Limbo (vocals), Hank Shermann (b. Rene Krolmark, Denmark; guitar), Pete Steiner (bass) and Bob Lance (drums), Danish hard rock band Fate formed from the remains of Mercyful Fate in the mid-80s. Immediately, the band, ostensibly led by Shermann, moved away from Mercyful Fate's more mythology-based material to a melodic, contemporary metal sound redolent of outfits such as Survivor.
