Revered in Colombia for putting a modern spin on the vallenato tradition, Felipe Peláez -- sometimes referred to as Pipe Peláez -- is a Venezuela-born singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist equally comfortable performing salsa, merengue, urbano, and straight-ahead pop.
