Harvey Sid Fisher is a pretty well known character in Los Angeles, thanks to a strangely funny public access TV spot from the late 1980s. Fisher is seen performing songs (in the Barnes & Barnes/Weird Al Yankovic vein) about such topics as astrology and golf, with an interpretive dancer prancing alongside him, and with all sorts of low-quality, cheesy video special effects added to the performance.
