J-Doe

Otherwise known as Mr. Better Than Whoever, gruff rapper J-Doe came up via guest appearances with David Banner, Gorilla Zoe, and others, but he also earned his way behind the scenes, writing songs for the likes of Jamie Foxx and Tyrese. The Inglewood, California native launched his solo career on Busta Rhymes' Conglomerate label, the imprint formerly known as Flipmode, in 2011.
