Jeanne Baxtresser

Noted for her "absolute perfection .. refined style...and a ravishing sonority" this remarkable flutist has held the position of principal flute with the New York Philharmonic for 15 years. She also continues to pursue a career as concert soloist, chamber player, recording artist, author, and teacher. At the age of 14, she made her professional debut with the Minnesota Orchestra.
