Hard-hitting pop-punk/emo quintet Like Pacific formed in Toronto, Canada, around lead vocalist Jordan Black in the late 2000s. After releasing their first EPs in the early 2010s, their second full-length, In Spite of Me, made the Top 25 of the Billboard Independent Albums chart in 2018. Still focusing on melody while packing a punch, they followed it with Control My Sanity in 2021.
