Los Retros

Los Retros is a bedroom pop band formed by Mauri Tapia, a first-generation Mexican-American from Oxnard, California. Inspired by Latin American pop, soft rock, and funk, his songs are laid-back, sweetly nostalgic, and quirky enough to appeal to the left-field pop side of Los Angeles-based Stones Throw Records, who signed Los Retros in 2019 and issued the EPs Retrospect and Everlasting.
