Oneida drummer Kid Millions takes the concept of a drum circle to a far-fetched realm in his side project Man Forever. Like a smaller version of the Boredoms' experiments, where the noise band invited nearly 100 drummers to jam in a park, Man Forever suggests more discipline, but the idea is the same. Built around six drummers (including the Yeah Yeah Yeahs' Brian Chase, Awesome Color's Allison Busch, Greg Fox, Ryan Sawyer, and Shahin Motia), the group started playing shows, intended for those in a stony frame of mind -- complete with projected visuals -- and released two LPs...
