Mouth Congress

A band led by a pair of non-musicians as interested in inspired outrage as they were in music, Mouth Congress was a queer indie rock group led by Scott Thompson and Paul Bellini, the former a star of the Canadian sketch comedy show The Kids in the Hall and the latter a writer for the series.
