Biography
A high-energy Brooklyn-by-way-of-Denmark alternative rock outfit, New Politics specialize in a versatile amalgam of punk, pop, rap, and electronic dance-rock. Emerging in 2009, the band found success early on with the singles "Yeah Yeah Yeah" and "Harlem," both of which appeared in popular video games and commercials. After issuing their eponymous debut album in 2010, the group released a handful of well-received major-label LPs, including 2013's chart-topping A Bad Girl in Harlem, before moving over to Big Noise Records for 2019's slick An Invitation to an Alternate Reality. ...
