Talented Puerto Rican pop singer Noelia is an RIAA Gold Album certified artist and a Latin Billboard Award winner. She was captivated by music at a very young age, mostly influenced by her mother, the singer and actress Yolandita Monge, who became a Latin American celebrity. The artist's debut album, Noelia, was released in February of 1999, and her song "Tú" climbed Billboard's Hot Latin Tracks chart.
