Led by award-winning singer/producer Thomas Troelsen, Private are a Danish dance-pop trio that debuted in 2007 with a Top Ten album and a pair of Top Five hits. Prior to forming Private with Asger Tarpgaard (guitar) and Tanja Simonsen (vocals), Troelsen was in the dance-pop sextet Superheroes (which also included Tarpgaard and Simonsen) from 1997-2006, during which time the group released three albums -- Dancing Casanova (1998), Igloo (2000), and Superheroes (2002), the latter of which was a Top 20 hit in Denmark -- and a best-of compilation, Behind Our Masks We Are Perfectly ...
