Egypt's Sherine Abdel-Wahab aka Sherine is a popular singer, actress, and former judge on the televised vocal competition The Voice. Born in Cairo in 1980, Sherine first began singing in grade school. At her teacher's urging, Sherine's parents took her to sing for Cairo Opera House conductor Selim Sehab.
