Shiloh is a Canadian pop-punk singer/songwriter who made her Top Ten hit album debut in 2009 with Picture Imperfect. Born Shiloh Hoganson on April 25, 1993, in Abbotsford, British Columbia, she spent time growing up in both Saskatchewan and Alberta. Inspired by pop superstars such as Michael Jackson, she began singing and writing songs at a young age and entered numerous competitions.
