South Korean rapper Sik-K was a contestant on reality competition program Show Me the Money 4 before slowly rising to fame as a rapper. His style was influenced by Western artists like Drake and Wiz Khalifa to some extent, but production from GroovyRoom gave his 2018 mixtape TRAPART its own slow-moving character. Sik-K was born Kwon Min-sik in Seoul in 1994. He lived briefly in Vancouver, British Columbia as a teenager before returning to South Korea to pursue music.
