Tambu

This Charlie's Roots singer began his solo career after fellow Charlie's Roots singer David Rudder's successful attempt in 1986. Tambu succeeded in capturing the Road March title three years in a row with basically the same song recycled, as well as making it to the Monarchy finals each of those years. Tambu is a good singer and, despite the fact that he recycles song ideas, capable of writing very catchy choruses. His pursuit of a music degree at Berkeley has kept him out of the '92 through '94 T&T Carnivals. ~ Gene Scaramuzzo
