The Alabama Gurlz

Rotating featured soloists and group harmony vocals, the Alabama Gurlz are a contemporary gospel group from Eufaula in southeastern Alabama. They made their full-length recording debut as a five-piece in 2012 with Everyday Life via Kool -N- Saved Boyz Records. With the group down to a quartet, Malaco imprint 4 Winds released their second album, The Gurlz Live, in September 2014. It was also issued on DVD. That November, their version of "Born on Christmas Day" was featured on the collection A Malaco Christmas. ~ Marcy Donelson
