Former cohorts in both Buffalo Springfield and Crosby, Stills, Nash And Young, Stephen Stills (b. 3 January 1945, Dallas, Texas, USA; guitar/vocals) and Neil Young (b. 12 November 1945, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; guitar/vocals) began this brief association in 1975 when the latter made several impromptu appearances during one of the former's promotional tours.
