Tiger Village

Tiger Village, a solo project of Cleveland-based musician Tim Thornton, blurs the line between glitchy experimental electronic music and free improvisation. His music generally consists of fractured clusters of manic rhythms and bright tonal bursts, with an erratic driving force but no clear destination. He constructs his music from a massive system of samplers and synthesizers, with percussion sounds sourced from acoustic drums as well as found objects.
