At the start of the new millennium, the onslaught of new rap-metal outfits showed no sign of slowing down, as evidenced by the emergence of this US septet. Specializing in the same angst-ridden music that predecessors such as Limp Bizkit and Papa Roach took to the top of the charts, Trik Turner was formed in 1999 in Phoenix, Arizona, when rappers/vocalists David (DLB) Bowers (b. 28 May 1973, USA) and Doug (Rid) Moore joined forces.
