Stevie J: Joseline Is Really 39 Years Old & Not From Puerto Rico

Get ready to feel all types of "WTF" moods. Stevie J has filed legal documents that claim that his ex Joseline Hernandez has been lying about herself for years.

TMZ is reporting the documents were initially filed because Stevie wanted to take a restraining order out on her. But unfortunately, the judge didn't grant his wish.

But, that didn't stop the tea from being spilled about the case. According to Stevie's paperwork, Joseline is 39 years old -- not 29! He also claims that she isn't from Puerto Rico, may still be married to another man, and her real name is Shenellica Juneann Bettencourt (which avid viewers of LHHATL have already heard).

Stevie also isn't sure if the baby that Joseline is now pregnant with is his. Drrrraaammmmaaaaa!
