The soulful artist from Columbus, Georgia released his last album Bridges in 2014, which was his first album under his new label Plaid Takeover Entertainment and No. 3 on the US TOP R&B/Hip Hop Albums chart, No. 4 on the US Independent Albums chart, and No. 17 on the US Billboard 200, is now preparing to release his upcoming 12th studio album, and is kicking things off with his brand new single "So Can I Have You Back."

Have you ever wanted your ex's current relationship to go bad, just so that you can have them back? JOE did. And that's exactly what "So Can I Have You Back" is about. The new song is being called the R&B singer's "best vocal performance to date," and will appear on his forthcoming album -- which he is expected to reveal the name of soon. On his new album, JOE says:
