Watch Christina Grimmie In 'The Matchbreaker' Movie Trailer #2 (VIDEO)

On October 7th, The Matchbreaker, starring Christina Grimmie, is set to be released. The singer had filmed the flick, also starring Wesley Elder, before she was tragically shot and killed at a fan meet and greet after one of her shows in Orlando earlier this past summer. 

A trailer for The Matchbreaker was released back in August, but now we have a second trailer -- a week out from the release of the movie. The new trailer shows even more of Grimmie in the movie than the first. 

The Matchbreaker follows Wesley Elder's character Ethan as he ends up becoming a professional matchbreaker -- AKA someone who breaks up a girl's relationship at the request of a girl's parents who don't like their daughter's boyfriend. However, Ethan ends up falling in love with one of his clients, Emily (Christina Grimmie's character). 

Directly following Christina's passing in June, Wesley said that Christina will "always be [his] Emily," along with a picture of the last time that he and Christina were together. 

Over the weekend during the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, Christina was remembered during a touching video tribute during the two-night show. In the special tribute video, we get a look into the Grimmie's life, from posting covers of songs on her YouTube channel, to footage of her festival performance last year, to meeting her fans.
