Watch Madonna Cover Britney Spears' 'Toxic' On Pop Star's Birthday (VIDEO)

On December 2nd, 1985, the world was blessed with Britney Jean Spears. AKA Godney. On December 2nd, 2016 -- 35 years later -- Madonna celebrated Brit's birthday by covering one of her classics while performing in Miami. Dressed as a clown. 

Dressed as a pink clown, in a pink wig, mini black top hat decorated with a pink flower, and pink outfit with black and white striped tights, Madonna sat on a chair, and sang a slowed-down version of Britney Spears' 2003 In The Zone hit "Toxic," as you can see in the video above. 

The performance was during her Evening of Music, Art, Mischief and Performance -- a benefit event for Malawi -- at Miami's Faena Forum.

Meanwhile, Britney, for her birthday, performed during KIIS FM's Jingle Ball in Los Angeles, where at the end of her set received a huge cake on stage presented by Ryan Seacrest.
