Photographer Captures Women's Face Before & After Orgasm

He is the photographer responsible for those before-and-after a glass of wine photos and now Marcos Alberti is back with a photo series capturing the exact moment a woman orgasms.

"The O Project" snaps 20 different women before, during and after they hit sexual peak and the results are stunning.

Each snapshot starts with a somewhat guarded facial expression until the subject's feeling of joy becomes too much and sweeps away any last trace of shyness.

What's perhaps most beautiful though is that every woman is beaming by the final shot in each series, which was carried out in partnership with sexual wellbeing brand Smile Makers.

"All the women who modelled were in awe of their photos, especially the final shot where they were glowing and radiant," global brand manager Fan Yang revealed. 

"That final shot, of a strong female grinning into the camera, is exactly what we want people to see.

"We hope that everyone viewing this project will feel more confident about their bodies and sexuality.

"All it takes is one smile at a time."

Alberti agreed, adding that he hoped the project would be liberating for women the world over.

"I love that we were able to speak so frankly with these women about sex and pleasure," he said. 

"When you approach the taboo topic of sex through the lens of humour, people start to open up and share opinons more freely, which can lead to a monumental change in people's mentality."
