Grace VanderWaal Performs Live on the Honda Stage in Brooklyn (VIDEOS)

Grace VanderWaal may have started out as the super talented 12-year-old dubbed the "next Taylor Swift" when she won America's Got Talent, but over the past two years, the now 14-year-old's life has dramatically changed as she has already achieved so much.

Grace recently performed some of her new music in front of an intimate group of fans on the Honda Stage at the Brooklyn Art Library in Brooklyn, New York. With her ukulele, the teen performed songs from her debut album, Just the Beginning, like her single "City Song," in addition to several songs from the record including "Moonlight," "Florets," "Escape My Mind," "So Much More Than This" and her hit debut, "I Don't Know My Name." She also performed a cover of Vance Joy's "Riptide."

The Honda Stage platform celebrates determined, breakout artists, which at such a young age Grace very much embodies. After winning America's Got Talent at the extremely young age of just 12 years old, over the last two years, her music career took off as she released her debut EP Perfectly Imperfect, followed by her debut full-length album Just the Beginning. And just like the title of her first album says, it's Just the Beginning for Grace.

In a recent day-in-the-life style documentary by UPROXX, Grace opened up about her newfound fame and music career. She explains of her passion for songwriting, "Writing a song is just such a refreshing way to just get something off your chest. I just want my music to be a second for someone to just focus on that song, and just disconnect for a second."
