Amino acid in asparagus could cause CANCER to spread, study says

Breast cancer patients are being told to eat less asparagus to keep the disease from spreading.
A new British study shows that a compound in asparagus drives the spread of cancer to other organs.
Scientists at the UK Cancer Institute say when they reduced the level of a building block for proteins found in asparagus tumors shrank in animals with breast cancer.
