Hu Ke Lau announced changes being made to Chicopee location

A favorite for many in the area, The Hu Ke Lau in Chicopee will be closing on April 6th.  The closure is NOT permanent. This iconic restaurant will undergo a rebuild and possibly re-branding. The location will stay in the same location on Memorial Drive.

A news conference at the Hu Ke Lau Tuesday announced changes coming to the Chicopee restaurant.
