Ozzy Osbourne Loves This Fan-Made "Star Wars / War Pigs" Trailer

Ozzy Osbourne approves of a fan-made Star Wars trailer set to Black Sabbath's song "War Pigs."

Ozzy shared the video from his official Twitter account earlier this week, though the video titled "Star Wars || War Pigs" was uploaded a couple of months ago and has nearly 600,000 views as of March 9.

YouTube user voordeel0 has garnered nearly 50,000 subscribers thanks to her creative movie trailer-style mashups.

"Star Wars || War Pigs" features some slick editing, and given the generally darker timbre of the latest Star Wars films, hearing Black Sabbath instead of John Williams' brilliant scoring isn't jarring at all.

Ozzy retired Black Sabbath last March with his co-founding bandmates guitarist Tony Iommi and bassist Geezer Butler.  

The decision to end Black Sabbath was based largely on concerns surrounding Iommi's long-term health.

Last fall, when Ozzy was asked if he'll ever officially retire from performing, he replied, "Not until they put me in a pine box."

The iconic heavy metal singer is about to embark on his No More Tours 2 farewell tour this spring.

While Osbourne says he's not retiring and can't really stomach the idea of walking away from the stage entirely, he does want to cut down on the amount of traveling he's required to do.

"I'm still going to be doing gigs," he say, "but I'm not going on tour for six months at a time anymore. I'd like to spend some time at home. I've experienced fantastic things; it's been an incredible journey. I just need to slow down a little." 

Ozzy and his wife/manager Sharon Osbourne have seven grandchildren, and at least one more on the way.   

Ozzy says it's important to him to be a grandfather and not let "go through another generation of Osbournes without seeing them grow up."
