Sister Jean T-Shirts, Socks & Bobbleheads A Big Hit

One of the most famous people on the court this year at the NCAA tournament isn't known for her dunking skills. It's the 98-year-old chaplain and honorary assistant coach from Loyola Chicago.
And now that the 11th-seeded Ramblers are headed for next weekend's Final Four, Sister Jean is getting her own bobblehead. According to ESPN, officials from Loyola Chicago met with Sister Jean to ask for her permission to license her name and image after the Rambler's unlikely March Madness success.
For over twenty years, Sister Jean served as the Ramblers' chaplain, and has been their biggest cheerleader. Sister Jean is well known at Loyola, where she has worked for more than fifty years. Her sharp wit, and encyclopedic knowledge of the sport, she helps by giving players a scouting report, and leading the team in prayer before each game.
When fame came calling, Loyola-Chicago officials asked Sister Jean if she would give them the go-ahead to license her image and phrase. She agreed and "didn't ask for anything for herself," Tom Sorboro, a senior associate director at Loyola Chicago said.
That means Sister Jean won't make a cent off the bobbleheads. Instead, royalties will go directly to the Loyola Athletic Fund, and portions of bobblehead sales will go toward Sister Jean's Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
“Worship. Work and Win!” - Sr. Jean.

Sister Jean's likeness appears on more than 25 different Sister Jean t-shirts printed by a variety of companies with her phrase "Worship, Work and Win." The company says they've sold more Loyola merchandise in the past 48 hours than the rest of the season combined.
