Seven Seconds Cancelled After Just One Season

Netflix has announced that their crime anthology 'Seven Seconds' has been cancelled after just one season.

In the series, a white cop accidentally hits and critically injures a black teenager, causing a northeastern city to explode with racial tension.

Despite the cancellation, Netflix still plans to submit the series for Emmy consideration in the limited series category. The series received mostly positive reviews from critics, and holds a 77% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. 

I thought it was a great show and I'm sad to see it go.
