Sam Smith is on the road with his "The Thrill Of It All Tour," and it seems like the pop crooner is having a difficult time dealing with his split from 13 Reasons Why actor Brandon Flynn.

"I know that everyone in this room right now is going through some s**t. I know I'm going through some s**t," he told his Wednesday night (June 27) crowd at the Barclay Center in New York City, as per Page Six. "Tonight I want all of us to just leave all of our worries and all of our heartache aside and let's have some fun."

Earlier in the day, word spread that the 26-year-old chart-topper and budding actor had called it quits after dating for nine months. Head over to Smith's Instagram account and you'll notice that the singer also deleted a number of shots of the pair from his page. According to an insider close to The Sun, Smith is "devastated" over the split as it was the strongest romance he's ever cultivated. "They are both so busy with their careers and unfortunately things just haven't worked out," an unnamed source told the outlet. "Sam is obviously devastated. This is the most significant relationship he has ever had. Thankfully, he is on tour across the US at the moment, which has been a welcome distraction."

Just last October, Smith confirmed that he was in a relationship with Flynn. "It's weird bringing out an album and not being single," he said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "'Cause when I brought In the Lonely Hour, I was so lonely. But now I'm singing songs about another guy, I'm quite happy, so it's quite weird."
