Michael Jackson's Nephew Is 'Not OK' With Drake Sampling an Unreleased Song

Drake's latest album, Scorpion, was quite a revealing project for the hip hop star. Amongst the many things the two-part, 25-track collection taught us was that Drizzy collaborated with the late Michael Jackson. Well, sort of.

The song "Don't Matter to Me" features unreleased material from the King of Pop. And though we assume Drake had to get permission to sample the song, MJ's nephew isn't too happy about his uncle's inclusion on the album.

When TMZ asked Austin Brown—the son of Jackson's sister Rebbie Brown—if the family was okay with Jackson's vocals being on the track, his answer was simple: "I'm not OK with it."

Brown acknowledged Drake's talent but still doesn't think using his uncle's unreleased material was the right move.

"I just feel like, if he didn't finish it, than you shouldn't use it," he said. "I respect the artist but I just don't feel like it's OK to use someone's vocals... and change them."

On Scorpion Drake also confirms that he does, indeed, have a son in the song "Emotionless" and though "Finesse" and "Sandra's Rose" were thought to be about his relationship with Bella Hadid, the supermodel recently laid those rumors to rest.
