Hanson Announces New Album 'String Theory' + Symphonic Tour

There's no denying the infectious nature of "MMMBop," even now, 20 years after its release; however, its safe to say Hanson has matured in the past two decades, and the proof is in the pop-rock trio's forthcoming album.
On Monday (July 23), the brothers announced they were working on a new collection of songs called String Theory. The album comprises both old and new material, with the already released songs re-imagined as symphony arrangements. Though no more details about the album have been released, Billboard reports that it should be coming out in fall 2018.
In addition to the album news, Hanson also announced the String Theory tour, which sees the three-piece traverse the country, playing with live symphony orchestras.
