It looks like Kourtney Kardashian is finally ready to break bread with Sofia Richie. On Sunday (Nov. 4th), Kourt was spotted grabbing dinner with her ex, Scott Disick, and his 20-year-old girlfriend at Nobu in Los Angeles. There's been some tension between Kourtney and Scott in regards to Sofia, so, the three of them sat down to how to make their modern family work best for Kourtney and Scott's three kids: Mason (8), Penelope (6), and Reign (3).
According to People, Kourtney "doesn’t necessarily care to get to know Sofia better, but she feels she needs to because of the kids." A source told the magazine, "Sofia spends time with Kourtney’s kids, so Kourtney wants to make sure they are all on the same page," says the source. "Scott and Sofia tend to get into arguments. Kourtney wants to make sure the kids are in a positive environment when they are at Scott’s house. She is setting up rules for how things need to be when the kids are with Scott."
"It was a quick dinner," the source continued. "It seemed a bit tense. It wasn’t like they are all friends and were hanging out for fun. It looked more like a business dinner."
Despite the reported tense nature of the dinner, which is pretty normal when you first meet your ex's significant other, Kourtney and Scott appear to be getting on quite well lately. Scott even joined the whole Kardashian family on vacation in Bali recently. He shared a few photos with his kids, Mason and Penelope, as well as Kim Kardashian's daughter North West.
Kourtney has had her own series of dating drama lately, as well. Following a very ugly and very public breakup with her boyfriend Younes Bendjima, Kourtney has been seeing 20-year-old actor and social media influencer Luka Sabbat. Kourtney and Lukka were spotted shopping together on the same day she grabbed dinner with Scott and Sofia.
Despite the rumors that Kourtney and Scott were getting back together after the Bali family vacation, the exes are happily dating other people and committed to making their new family dynamic work for their kids.
