Beyoncé may not have dropped an album, but she sure did drop new photos of her rarely-seen twins Rumi and Sir Carter.
Queen Bey shared two new pictures of her and her husband JAY-Z's 18-month-old twins on her website Thursday (December 20).
The first shot shows the 22-time Grammy winner holding Rumi while on the beach for a sweet mother-daughter moment. For the second photo, Bey shared an oh-so-cute sibling shot of Rumi sitting beside her twin brother Sir, in matching white outfits nonetheless, while playing the ocean. The photos appeared to be taken during Bey's recent trip to India, where she performed at the pre-wedding ceremony for Isha Ambani, the daughter of India’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani.
The last time Beyoncé blessed fans with a look at Rumi and Sir was in a behind-the-scenes video for her August Vogue photo shoot, which also featured her six-year-old daughter Blue Ivy (who turns 7 January 7).
As previously reported, just hours before Mrs.Carter shared photos of her beautiful twins, the world literally stopped as not one, but two Beyoncé albums seemingly dropped on multiple streaming services.
The 10-track albums, titled Back Up, Rewind, and Have Your Way, were released under the alias "Queen Carter," and as expected, people freaked all the way out. However, it turned out that hackers were behind the surprise album release, and the "new" songs were actually old tracks by Bey, which fans were quick to point out. (Fun fact: one of the older tracks on one of the album's was "Hey Goldmember" — talk about the ultimate Bey throwback)
