K. Michelle is flaunting her booty in all of its natural glory.

On Thursday (January 24), the "Sweetest Love" singer gave an update on her booty transformation, which she's been on for nearly a year. "6 surgeries in 3 months and that A** is still undefeated," she captioned a photo of her wearing an orange thong bodysuit. "I told my story to help you women. I can walk now and twerk on a sausage. Still have 1 more surgery left to make it perfect, but I look f**kin good and i’m going to show it off ALL THE TIME. I earned that! Tuh. Don’t like unfollow! Hits the bl*nt immediately 💨💆🏾‍♀️y’all be making my nerves bad sometimes."

As fans know, K has undergone multiple butt implant removal surgeries to, as she said, "correct a mistake" she made over six years ago. It's been a long road for the "Takes Two" singer who has had numerous surgeries to get the implants out of her body. Back in October, the "Kim K" singer showed off her silicone free backside on Instagram, ten months after she began her journey to remove her butt implants. "Say what now? #allme #nowwhat #siliconefree," K captioned a shot of her showing off her smaller (but still thick) derriere for what she called a "hood bathroom booty pic." The Love & Hip Hop star later shared a second photo of her new and improved booty, captioning the sultry shot: "Just got off work, drop my clothes on the floor. Get you somebody who can do BOTH💋."

It was in April that the 34-year-old singer got real about her natural booty journey, detailing her first few surgery experiences. "The first surgery went well so we thought until my body started to shut down while I was on tour," she wrote on Instagram. "For 26 cities I was on steroids to walk and keep down infection causing me to get off stage and be rushed to ER over 4 times and then the next day back on stage. I later found out the silicone had spread and I would be rushed back into surgery." Adding, "Last Wednesday I entered surgery barely functioning with my legs and an infection. The surgery to remove all of this from me lasted a long 6 hours. The following days were spent with paramedics until i they realized my blood count was severely low and I was rushed into ER where I was admitted. 2 blood transfusions later I’ve been released and started therapy today heal and walk."
