Priyanka Chopra is opening up about her marriage to Nick Jonas .

The Quantico alum made her first TV appearance since tying the knot with the "Chains" singer on Wednesday's episode (January 30) of The Ellen DeGeneres Show . The newlyweds said their "I dos" in a days-long ceremony at the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India, in December 2018.

“It was just three days,” the 36-year-old told host Ellen DeGeneres . “One Indian ceremony and one Western-Christian ceremony. And one day of pre-rituals which we have in the Hindu wedding."

“Usually Indian weddings are like 1,000 people at least. We had only 200, which was mostly family because both of us have giant families. We wanted to keep it super intimate, just family," she added, to which Degeneres joked, " Two hundred people, super intimate. "

Though, Chopra said had it been left to her traditional mother, the couple might've had upwards of 150,000 guests at their nuptials. Someone who wasn't at the wedding, however, was DeGeneres herself, who apparently ghosted the big event.

" We were so offended that you didn’t even respond to our invite though, " Chopra told her gal pal, who playfully denied she received an invite in the first place. " I was like, 'We’re not good enough for Ellen, she wouldn’t come to India," the star continued, quipping, "She doesn’t even respond anymore. "

Later during her sit-down, Chopra also shared, despite his Jonas Brothers fame, she knew very little about the crooner who would slide into her DMs and become the man of her life.

"He’s nice. It shocks me how he hasn’t been corrupted—you know when you’re in entertainment such a long time," she said of her hubby. "He’s so family-driven, about his parents, he’s just really nice and sweet."
