Kim Kardashian is sharing her struggle with psoriasis once again by unveiling her most recent flare-up via Instagram Stories to her 130 million followers.

On Monday (March 11), the Keeping Up with The Kardashian star shared a video of herself with a number of red patches across parts of her cheeks and chin. Appearing without any makeup or playful filters, it truly marked a candid moment for the social media titan, especially with her straightforward caption. "Psoriasis Face," she wrote over the clip.

Kardashian was first diagnosed with psoriasis during a 2011 episode of her E! reality show. The skin condition has also previously affected the rest of the star's body, including her legs. Just last month, the 38-year-old took to Twitter to deny rumors that she was suffering from acne and instead been hit with psoriasis yet again. "Sometimes I just feel like it's my big flaw and everyone knows about it, so why cover it?" she explained to fans in a 2016 blog post, adding "I'm always hoping for a cure, of course, but in the meantime, I'm learning to just accept it as part of who I am."

Kardashian recently made headlines for posting a home video of her daughter, Chicago West, via Instagram. In the clip, the youngster was seen wearing her mommy's $592 Yeezy heels and $17,500 Hermés Kelly bag. "Where are you going?" Kim asks Chicago. “Oh, you want your purse to go with it?”
